Festival of National Cultures in Grodno

The festival has become a significant event in the cultural life of the country and enjoys the love of people, Deputy Prime Minister Vasily Zharko said. “Belarus is home to representatives of more than 140 nationalities. Belarus has been working to create the necessary conditions to ensure free development of national communities, to preserve their culture and language. Civil peace and harmony is at the heart of the state policy” Vasily Zharko stressed. The Festival of National Cultures is proof of this, he added.

The festival is a good opportunity for everyone to get acquainted with the multi-faceted culture of the people of different ethnicities living in Belarus, Grodno Oblast Governor Vladimir Kravtsov said.
