First day cover ceremony celebrating UNOVIS

A first-day-of-issue dedication ceremony for a stamped envelope celebrating the centennial anniversary of the famous UNOVIS group of artists was held in Vitebsk. UNOVIS was founded by students and teachers of the Vitebsk People's Art School.
