Belarus’ Dmitry Dubitsky sets world record in fire and rescue sport

Cadet of the Command and Engineering Institute of the Emergencies Ministry of Belarus Dmitry Dubitsky who competed in the senior age group of 17-18 year olds set a world record climbing the fire ladder to a third-floor window of the training tower in 10.40 seconds, 0.05 seconds faster that the previous world record from 2010.
