MINSK, 11 September (BelTA) – I have the most positive impressions of the organization of the elections in Belarus, representative of the CIS observation mission Svyatoslav Sokol (Russian Federation) told the media.
“I have the most positive impressions of the organization of the elections in Belarus,” said Svyatoslav Sokol. “The process is organized at the highest level,” he noted.
While visiting the polling stations (mainly in Minsk Oblast), he talked to observers representing the political parties, public organizations. “No remark was voiced,” the international observer said.
Svyatoslav Sokol considers early voting a proper and reasonable practice. “People have the opportunity to come to the polls at a time convenient for them,” he said.
