MINSK, 11 July (BelTA) – A total of 6,018 polling stations have been set up in the regions of Belarus and abroad ahead of the elections to the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus of the sixth convocation, reads a post on the website of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Belarus, BelTA has learned.
As many as 47 polling stations will be operating abroad. Belarusians living in the regions will be able to cast their vote at 5,971 ballot stations, with 259 of them set up at health and recreation centers, hospitals and other healthcare institutions providing in-patient medical services. Another 21 polling stations have been formed at military units.
