MINSK, 21 November (BelTA) – At the meeting with the head and coordinators of his initiative group, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said that it is important for him to know what problems people point out to as they sign in support of his candidacy during the signature collection, BelTA has learned.
The head of state emphasized that one of the most important things about the signature collection is communication between members of the initiative group and people. “I would very much like you to record the concerns [that people voice during the signature collection], systematize them and forward to me, so that I know what people are talking about, what I should pay attention to. This is a good opinion poll. The best one. Just put down honestly what good people say (in two lines), what people demand and what they are unhappy with. This is very important,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
“I do care about the problems that worry people. We will work on it and eliminate the shortcomings that people point out to,” the president emphasized.
