Project goal: To create an enabling environment for rehabilitation and preservation of health, promotion of active lifestyles and better quality of life.
Project objectives:
- To preserve and promote the health of all segments of the population;
- To prevent exacerbations and complications of chronic diseases in children and adults;
- To reduce temporary incapacity for work and duration of patients’ stay in hospital;
- To provide comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for children (autism, cerebral palsy, mental illness) and adults;
- To reduce mortality and disability, to improve the quality of life;
- To increase life expectancy;
- To renovate a hydropathic treatment facility;
- To acquire special equipment.
Target group: Citizens of Cherven District
Brief description:
Hydrotherapy is used for rehabilitation purposes and makes use of the therapeutic properties of fresh water and mineral waters. Hydropathic treatment is provided as sodium chloride, iododromic and pantomagnium baths;
- To create the conditions for professional development of hospital specialists;
- To disseminate the information about the project through mass media;
- To organize the exchange of experience with interested parties.

Expected results: The project is expected to improve the health of people and the quality of life, to reduce the duration of temporary incapacity to work, and reduce the rate of disability.
