MINSK, 5 June (BelTA) – Belarus has unveiled its athletics team for the 2nd European Games in Minsk, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarus Athletic Federation.
The team includes Marina Arzamasova, Elvira Herman, Nastassia Mironchyk-Ivanova, Tatsiana Khaladovich, Maksim Nedasekau, Krystsina Tsimanouskaya, Vitali Parakhonka, Stanislau Darahakupets, Ruslana Rashkavan, Aliaksei Lazarau, Maryna Mikhan, Yuliya Kastsiuchkova, Yan Sloma, Viyaleta Skvartsova, Ihar Zubko, Aliaksandr Vasileuski, Illia Karnavukhau, Andrei Skabeika, Krystsina Muliarchyk, Maksim Hrabarenka, and Darya Barysevich.
Alina Talai is not on the list.
The athletics competitions will be held in a new format – Dynamic New Athletics – DNA. Taking part in the competitions at the Dinamo National Olympic Stadium will be teams from 24 countries.
Teams will compete in the following disciplines: 100m women, 100m men, 110m Hurdles men, 100m Hurdles women, Javelin Throw women, Javelin Throw men, Long Jump women, Long Jump men, High Jump men, 4 x 400m - Mixed Relay (2 women & 2 men) and the Hunt - Mixed Medley Relay (2 women & 2 men).
