MINSK, 28 January (BelTA) – A parliamentary delegation of the Republic of Korea led by Shin Gye-ryoon, member of the Strategy and Finance Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, Head of the Association of Friendship with Belarus at the Korean National Assembly, is currently in Belarus on a visit, BelTA learned from Chairman of the House of Representatives' Permanent Commission for International Affairs Nikolai Samoseiko.
The delegation will stay in Belarus till 30 January. Nikolai Samoseiko and Oksana Nekhaichik, Deputy Chairwoman of the Permanent Commission for Human Rights, Ethnic Relations and Mass Media, head of the working group of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on cooperation with South Korea's Parliament, will meet with the delegation of the Republic of Korea on 28 January.
Besides, on 29 January the Korean parliamentary delegation will meet with Chairman of the House of Representatives Vladimir Andreichenko to discuss current matters of the Belarus-Korea relations and the prospects of the interparliamentary cooperation.
During their stay in Belarus, the Korean MPs will visit the Belarusian State Museum of the Great Patriotic War History and the National Art Museum.
