Oversight agencies of Belarus, China to step up cooperation in fight against corruption

MINSK, 23 August (BelTA) – Auditing and oversight agencies of Belarus and Russia are getting ready to sign a memorandum of bilateral cooperation. Chairman of the State Control Committee of Belarus Leonid Anfimov and Ambassador of China to Belarus Cui Qiming discussed the matters, which the document will emphasize, at a meeting on 23 August, representatives of the State Control Committee told BelTA.

The sides confirmed that there are plans to draw attention to the counteraction of corruption. This and other avenues of cooperation between the two agencies will be stipulated by the joint memorandum of cooperation.
