Lukashenko sends birthday greetings to Valentin Yelizaryev

MINSK, 30 October (BelTA) - Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to People’s Artist of the USSR Valentin Yelizaryev, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“Your name is inseparably connected with the development, best achievements and world recognition of Belarusian ballet. Your productions have been included in the golden collection of the national choreographic art and always receive outstanding public acclaim,” the message of greetings reads.

The head of state remarked that today Valentin Yelizaryev is focused on the training of young ballet dancers who successfully represent Belarus at prestigious international contests and receive the highest awards there.

“You are an example of selfless service to art. Therefore, I am convinced that thanks to your talent, energy and inspiration you will make a contribution to the prosperity of the Belarusian culture,” Alexander Lukashenko stressed.
