MINSK, 21 August (BelTA) – Belarus and Azerbaijan are set to analyze the state of military cooperation and outline promising areas of future interaction, BelTA learned from the website of the Belarusian Defense Ministry.
A delegation of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan led by First Deputy Minister of Defense, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Najmeddin Sadykov is in Belarus on an official visit on 21-24 August. “The program of the visit will include talks between the chiefs of the general staffs of the two countries and also a meeting of the Belarusian defense minister with Najmeddin Sadykov. The Belarusian and Azerbaijani delegations will analyze the state of the bilateral military cooperation and outline promising areas of future interaction,” the ministry said.
