MINSK, 14 July (BelTA) – Israel Chemicals Limited, the world’s top manufacturer of potassium chloride, suggests joint projects to Belarus. The information was released by the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs after Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei met with the company’s top executives on 14 July, BelTA has learned.
Concrete proposals of Israel Chemicals Limited regarding the implementation of joint projects together with Belarusian partners were discussed during the meeting with Stefan Borgas, President and Executive Director of the Israeli company, as well as other top managers.
Apart from that, the sides discussed possible avenues of cooperation in agriculture, food industry, and mechanical engineering.
Representatives of the Israeli company spoke in positive terms about Belarus’ economic potential and showed interest in the machine-building equipment Belarus makes.
