BREST, 17 October (BelTA) – Two regions of the Russian Federation will host the Brest Oblast Economy Days in November, BelTA learned from the Brest Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The business forum will be held in Astrakhan from 19 to 24 November. Russia’s Kaliningrad will play host to a similar event from 27 to 30 November. The Russian side shows readiness to organize meetings with Belarusian construction, meat processing, dairy, food, light industry, and agricultural companies and enterprises. The Brest Oblast Economy Days in Russia will include presentations by Belarusian manufacturers and a business matchmaking session with Astrakhan and Kaliningrad-based companies. The Belarusian delegation will visit several enterprises and meet with regional and municipal authorities.
“The delegation will have an opportunity to explore new markets, sign cooperation agreements, and discuss possible establishment of joint ventures with potential partners,” the organizers said.
The Brest Oblast Economy Days have been initiated by the Brest Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry jointly with the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Astrakhan and Kaliningrad.
