Twin city ties between Belarusian Minsk, Netherlandish Eindhoven to focus on economy
MINSK, 24 April (BelTA) – Ambassador of Belarus to Netherlands Nikolai Borisevich met with Eindhoven Mayor Rob van Gijzel to discuss prospects of resuming twin city ties between Minsk and Eindhoven focusing on tighter trade and economic cooperation, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.
In Eindhoven the Ambassador also met with the director of the company VDL Agrotech, which is part of VDL Groep (a holding company with versatile business interests). VDL Agrotech specializes in making agribusiness systems. Ways to expand mutually beneficial cooperation were discussed during the meeting.
Besides, the head of the Belarusian diplomatic mission met with representatives of a charity foundation that implement projects to support Belarusian children with special needs.
