MINSK, 16 November (BelTA) – A sub park for startups will be set up in the China-Belarus Industrial Park Great Stone, Aide to the Belarus President Kirill Rudy said at the opening ceremony of the 5th international entrepreneurship forum on 16 November. The event gave start to the Global Entrepreneurship Week in Belarus, BelTA informs.
“A proposal has been made to set up a sub park for startups in the China-Belarus Industrial Park. The sub park will offer unprecedented tax preferences, a long-term stability and an opportunity to commercialize ideas,” noted Kirill Rudy.
In his words, the results of numerous studies show that the key to successful entrepreneurship is how timely the decision is taken on the start of the business. “Today’s economy, including that of Belarus, is distinguished by its individual innovative manufacturing. I believe that here is the niche for the modern Belarusian entrepreneur to meet individual needs,” said Kirill Rudy.
The Global Entrepreneurship Week is underway in Belarus on 16-22 November. The program will include the 5th international entrepreneurship forum (16 November), the international startup conference with the participation of leaders of the American, European and Belarusian startup environment (17 November), the conference “Entering New Markets” with the participation of representatives of the embassies of the EU countries, international business associations, industrial companies (18 November), a business consultation exchange (20 November).
