MINSK, 6 October (BelTA) – The Sardinia-Belarus forum of cooperation in aerospace, high technology and research will be held in Cagliari on 6-8 October, BelTA learned from Honorary Consul of Belarus in Cagliari (Sardinia) Giuseppe Carboni.
According to him, the forum is designed to promote cooperation in aerospace between the autonomous region of Sardinia and Belarus, strengthen ties in the industrial, commercial and research areas.
An important part of the forum will be dedicated to the cooperation in high technology. Proposals will be drawn up for Sardinia companies on further cooperation with Belarus.
A number of cooperation agreements are to be signed between the University of Cagliari and the Belarusian State University, between the University of Cagliari and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and Aerospace Consortium of Sardinia are set to sign a protocol on cooperation in aerospace.
The event is organized by the Autonomous Region of Sardinia, as part of the 4th edition of Sinnova 2016, a showcase of innovations developed in this Italian region. Participating in the exhibition will be 80 best Sardinian companies specializing in the innovation of product, processes or services.
