Rogachev Milk Canning Factory makes first delivery to Jordan

GOMEL, 13 May (BelTA) – Belarus’ Rogachev Milk Canning Factory has delivered the first batch of canned milk products to Jordan, BelTA learned from the factory.

In April, Rogachev Milk Canning Factory added another country to the list of its export markets, shipping its canned milk products to Jordan.

Dairy products are widely used in Jordanian cuisine. The country produces condensed milk domestically, but also needs to import it in order to satisfy the demand for this product.

“Our partners from Jordan tasted our condensed milk and were satisfied with its delicious taste and high quality. They also liked condensed milk with cocoa and coffee. Residents of Jordan will be able to appreciate our classical condensed milk with sugar soon,” the factory said.

In 2020, Rogachev Milk Canning Factory increased export thanks to expanding its presence in traditional markets and getting access to new ones. The company also reported good results in this area in January-April 2021.

Founded in 1938, Rogachev Milk Canning Factory makes more than 80 products. It is one of the CIS largest high-tech producers of canned milk, baby food, whole milk products, cheese and butter.
