MOSCOW, 9 October (BelTA) - Trade and economic ties between Russia and Belarus are developing in the best possible way, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during the talks with Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko in Moscow on 9 October, BelTA learned.
"Today we will talk about the development of our bilateral relations, the construction of the Union State. We often meet, and the dynamics are significant. Trade and economic ties are developing in the best way, at a good pace," Vladimir Putin said.
According to the Russian side, the trade between the countries is $46.5 billion. Belarus and Russia continue to develop cooperation in agriculture, manufacturing sector, including microelectronics.
