MINSK, 2 October (BelTA) – A memorandum of understanding is expected to the signed with the assistance of the Belarusian embassy in Egypt with a view to setting up a joint production of the agricultural equipment of OAO Bobruiskagromash at one of the companies of the Ministry of Military Industry of Egypt, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

During a visit to Egypt on 26-29 September, specialists of OAO Gomselmash and OAO Bobruiskagromash took part in the 30^th international agricultural exhibition Sahara Expo 2017. They held a number of meetings with potential partners interested in the supplies of the equipment of these Belarusian companies to the Egyptian market.

A representative of OAO Gomselmash met with representatives of Belmachinery for International Trade to discuss the matters of setting up a plant to assemble Belarusian combine harvesters in Egypt.
