Nigeria’s farmers association keen to buy Belarusian farm machines

MINSK, 17 December (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarusian to Nigeria Vyacheslav Bril met with Chief of the All Farmers Progressive Association of Nigeria O.Douglas, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in Nigeria.

The possibility of purchasing Belarusian-made farm machines was the main item on the agenda of the meeting. The parties also discussed the prospects for opening a plant to assemble Belarusian tractors and setting up maintenance centers in Nigeria.

The Belarusian ambassador invited the representatives of the association to take part in the 31st international expo Belagro that is due in Minsk on 1-5 June 2021.
