MINSK, 21 October (BelTA) – The China-Belarus Industrial Park Great Stone has welcomed a new resident company - SMD BY (Belarus, Latvia), BelTA learned from the press service of the industrial park.
The new resident company plans to assemble electronic products (circuits). They are widely used in telecommunications and data transmission, medicine, automotive industry, instrument-making and others. The products will be supplied to the EAEU market.
In addition to that, the resident company and the Industrial Park Development Company signed an agreement on the lease of premises in one of standard production buildings.
“Ready-made production facilities in the park allow enterprises to get down to implementing their projects very fast. More than 20% of the 80 resident companies have purchased or leased these production facilities. In addition, over a third of resident companies registered in 2021 plan to use the park’s existing production facilities. This trend will remain in place in 2022,” the press service noted.
