MINSK, 26 July (BelTA) - The Belarusian-Uzbek women's business forum will be held in early September, Chairperson of the Council of the Republic Natalya Kochanova said at a meeting on the preparation of the Belarusian-Uzbek women's business forum in the Council of the Republic on 26 July, BelTA has learned.
The event brought together members of the Presidium of the Council of the Republic, heads of state administration bodies, institutions and organizations.
"It was he initiative of Uzbekistan to hold the Belarusian-Uzbek Women's Business Forum. It is scheduled for early September this year. We expect that my colleague Tanzila Narbayeva, Chairwoman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, will also travel to Belarus on an official visit," Natalya Kochanova said.
The meeting is expected to review the program of the forum, preparation of six thematic sections, plenary session, exhibition, accommodation of participants and transport services and also media coverage of the event.
