Minsk to host Belarus-Italy forum on green economy on 13 October

MINSK, 30 June (BelTA) – The 4th edition of the Belarusian-Italian forum on green economy will be held in Minsk on 13 October, Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vladimir Ulakhovich said as he took part in the online seminar “Belarus-Italy: Economic cooperation amid global challenges”, BelTA has learned.

“The 4th edition of the Belarusian-Italian forum on green economy is scheduled for 13 October. Last year, the forum brought together a lot of participants. It proved to be a successful experiment and gave a strong impetus to the development of cooperation between our countries. I believe that this year’s event will also contribute to the strengthening of our bilateral relations,” Vladimir Ulakhovich noted.

Plans are also in place to hold the International Ecology Online Exhibition ahead of the forum. “This is our new project that stems from the traditional project Green Home Expo. The exhibition is scheduled for 18 August. It will focus on green economy and ecology and will feature the online forum Green Investment,” Vladimir Ulakhovich added.
