MOSCOW, 5 April (BelTA) – A presentation of Minsk Oblast will take place at the Business and Cultural Center of the Belarusian embassy in Russia on 6 April, BelTA learned from the press service of the embassy.
The hall of celebrations and ceremonies of the center will host a presentation of the tourism and recuperation potential of Minsk Oblast, the exhibition Hospitable Farmstead, and master classes on Minsk Oblast arts and crafts. The marble hall will play host to an exhibition of food products and a presentation of the biggest companies of Minsk Oblast: Slutsk Creamery, Zdravushka-Milk, Stolbtsy Meat Packing Plant, Bulbash Plant, Kupalinka, Soligorsk Poultry Factory, Naroch Health Spa, Ladinvest, Borisovkhlebprom, Dzerzhinsky agricultural farm.
Attending to opening ceremony will be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Igor Petrishenko and First Deputy Chairman of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee Igor Makar. Representatives of the Moscow and Moscow Oblast authorities, other Russian regions, Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, companies and the diplomatic corps were invited to attend the presentation as well.
In 2016 the organization of Minsk Oblast traded with 178 countries, selling their products to 142 states. The foreign trade turnover totaled $9.6 billion, including the export of $5.3 billion.
