MINSK, 29 November (BelTA) – A cooperation agreement was signed between the Minsk City Hall and the Municipality of Budapest during a visit of Minsk Mayor Andrei Shorets to the Hungarian capital, the Belarusian Embassy in Hungary posted on social networks.
“Andrei Shorets, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Hungary Alexander Khainovsky held talks with the Budapest Mayor's Office officials and signed an agreement on cooperation between the Minsk City Hall and the Municipality of Budapest,” the embassy informed.
The Belarusian delegation is set to visit a number of major sports facilities, Budapest public transport management center, garbage processing plants and water treatment facilities. The Belarusian officials are also scheduled to meet with the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Hungary and the Budapest Chamber of Commerce. Andrei Shorets is in Budapest on a visit on 28-30 November.
