MINSK, 28 October (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko offered to involve Belarus in creating an international transport and logistics hub in Sakhalin as he met with Governor of Sakhalin Oblast of the Russian Federation Valery Limarenko in Minsk on 28 October, BelTA has learned.
"We are ready to cooperate on your project to create an international transport and logistics hub by modernizing the infrastructure of the Korsakov seaport and building fish processing plants," Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
