MOGILEV, 12 May (BelTA) – It is possible to restore the pre-crisis level of Belarus-Russia cooperation, Belarus Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov said at the session of the Union State Council of Ministers in Mogilev on 12 May, BelTA has learned.
“I am convinced that the potential for the free and equal competition, harmonization of activities in a number of fields, industrial cooperation is enough for the restoration of the pre-crisis level of Belarus-Russia interaction,” Andrei Kobyakov noted.
He reminded that last spring the governments of Belarus and Russia signed a plan to create additional conditions for the development of trade and economic cooperation.
“The efforts to fulfill the plan have been productive: a number of negative issues have been solved, industry-specialized cooperation has been enhanced in certain fields. Working groups supervising important aspects of the Belarusian-Russian cooperation in the economy have been established and are working well,” Andrei Kobyakov said.
