MINSK, 2 October (BelTA) – Head of the Administration of the Free Economic Zone Minsk Anatoly Buben has met with Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Italian Republic in Belarus Tomaso Pietro Marchegiani. During the working meeting, the Italian diplomat noted that it is necessary to deepen and upgrade relations between Belarus and Italy, BelTA learned from the press service of the FEZ Minsk.
Tomaso Pietro Marchegiani was told about the preferential terms of doing business in the free economic zone, as well as the activities and products of companies operating in the FEZ Minsk.
“Italy may be interested in the industrial sector of Belarus. The European state is trying to support Belarusian importers of equipment for industrial production. In order to facilitate bilateral contacts, business visas are issued for entrepreneurs,” Tomaso Pietro Marchegiani said.
During the meeting, the Italian diplomat remarked that the bilateral relations should be expanded and upgraded.
