International forum BANKIT to be broadcast online on 1-2 December

MINSK, 18 September (BelTA) – The 17th international forum on information technologies in banking industry BANKIT will be held as an online broadcast on 1-2 December, the organizers told BelTA.

The forum is traditionally organized upon the initiative of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and the science and technology association Infopark. The forum is the largest joint event meant to encourage digital transformation in banking industry.

The online format will help the forum expand the geography of participants and embrace a broad range of up-to-date topics and international trends in the digitization of the finance and credit sector.

Taking into account the importance of information security and data protection, the relevant discussions will not be held during BANKIT but during the online conference IT Security Conference 2020, which is scheduled for 24-26 November.
