GRODNO, 10 November (BelTA) – A 3-star hotel built with the participation of a Turkish investor will soon open in the town of Ostrovets, BelTA learned from the economy department of the Ostrovets District Executive Committee.
The investment project in Ostrovets was implemented by the Turkish Sednat company. The investment made up about $12 million. Construction works have been completed, the six-storey building delivered. The 3-star hotel is slated for opening in mid-November. The 50-room hotel is situated in the central part of the town. The hotel will provide more than 35 jobs.
The Turkish investor is implementing other projects in the district, the economy department informed. One of them is the construction of a roadside service facility featuring a filling gas station, a motel, a shop and a cafe in the vicinity of the Kotlovka crossing point on the Belarusian-Lithuanian border point.
