MINSK, 9 February (BelTA) – We have advanced to the Chinese market and showed that our products are of high quality, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko said during a ceremony held on 9 February to honor the best workers of the agricultural industry, BelTA has learned.

“Last year Belarusian livestock producers advanced to the market of friendly China. Almost 50 national companies got the corresponding certificates. That was not an easy task. China is the most complicated market,” the head of state said.

He stressed that these results were achieved through joint efforts “primarily thanks to the diplomatic work and close friendly relations with the leadership of China. “Because this decision was taken by the Chinese president,” Alexander Lukashenko said.

The Belarusian leader noted that more needs to be done. The Chinese market is lucrative and promising for many states. In his view, there is a need to continue due efforts to consolidate the positions and more forward.
