MINSK, 29 September (BelTA) – Representatives of the French light industry plan to visit Minsk to hold talks on possible cooperation with the companies of Bellegprom Concern. The agreement was reached during the participation of the Belarusian delegation in Paris Fashion Week which is taking place in the French capital from 25 September to 3 October, BelTA learned from the Belarusian embassy in France.

“At the meetings held by the Belarusian delegation the parties agreed on a visit of representatives of the French light industry to Minsk for holding talks on possible cooperation with OAO Kamvol, OAO Elema and other companies of Bellegprom Concern with French partners with a view to advancing Belarusian products to the French market and other European countries,” the embassy said.

Paris Fashion Week is a series of designer presentations held biannually in Paris, France with spring/summer and autumn/winter events held each year. This year, with the organizational assistance of the Belarusian embassy in France, the Belarusian delegation is taking part in the fashion shows of the French, Australian, Swedish, English, German designers and also the salons which are open only during Paris Fashion Week.
