MINSK, 4 April (BelTA) – Representatives of Kaluga Oblast of Russia and Amkodor have discussed cooperation prospects, BelTA learned from the press service of the holding company.
The Kaluga Oblast delegation headed by Governor Vladislav Shapsha visited the Amkodor holding company to establish direct contacts between the Belarusian company and enterprises of Kaluga Oblast. The Russian delegation toured a permanent exhibition of Amkodor, studied the company’s assortment and held negotiations.
“During the visit, the business mission of Kaluga Oblast met with representatives of the holding company to discuss the sale of Russian products and the launch of new business projects through the expansion of interstate cooperation. The parties had a great opportunity to exchange best practices and business contacts,” the press service informed. The visit of the government delegation and the business mission marked the beginning of the work to build strong business ties between the Amkodor holding company and Kaluga Oblast,” the press service added.
Kaluga Oblast Governor Vladislav Shapsha left a note in the visitor’s book of Amkodor.
In 2023 Amkodor marks its 96th anniversary. The holding company incorporates dozens of factories producing more than 6,500 types of products, including 135 models and modifications of special-purpose vehicles and agricultural equipment.
