MINSK, 7 October (BelTA) – A delegation of China’s Guangdong Province will pay a working visit to Minsk Oblast from 12 to 15 October, BelTA learned from the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee.

The program of the visit is eventful. On 13 October, the delegation will partake in a trade, economy and tourism conference of Guangdong Province and Minsk Oblast. Participants in the forum are expected to sign a memorandum of cooperation between the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province and Belarus’ Industrial Park Development Company. The memorandum will be aimed at attracting Chinese companies to the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park Great Stone.

The program of the conference includes presentations of the export and investment potential of Minsk Oblast, and also the tourism potential of Guangdong Province and Minsk Oblast.

On 14 October, the delegation will visit the construction site of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park.
