MINSK, 24 August (BelTA) – Senior executives of the Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute have visited the China-Belarus Industrial Park Great Stone, BelTA learned from the press service of the industrial park.
The Chinese delegation was told about the history of the industrial park and preferences for its resident companies. The delegation also studied working conditions for resident companies as it visited the showroom of the innovation center.
The representatives of the research institute took part in negotiations with the management of the Industrial Park Development Company. The parties discussed cooperation prospects in the field of research and development and production of passenger vehicles running on alternative energy sources.
The China-Belarus Industrial Park Great Stone is a special economic zone with a special legal regime. It is located 25km away from Minsk. The park’s priority development areas include mechanical engineering, electronics and telecommunications, biotechnologies, pharmaceutics, new materials, logistics, digital commerce, big data storage and processing.
