MINSK, 18 May (BelTA) – The Minsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) and the Eskisehir Chamber of Industry (Turkey) have signed a cooperation agreement. The document is expected to help forge new business contacts between Belarus and Turkey, BelTA learned from the BCCI.
In addition to that, the Minsk branch of the BCCI and the Eskisehir Chamber of Industry held a joint videoconference titled Minsk-Eskisehir. Taking part in it were Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Turkey Viktor Rybak, Director General of the Minsk branch of the BCCI Sergei Nabeshko, Eskisehir Chamber of Industry Chairman of the Board Celalettin Kesikbas, BCCI representative in Turkey Sefa Gomdeniz, Head of the FEZ Minsk Administration Dmitry Rudchenko and representatives of BPS-Sberbank.
The participants of the videoconference discussed cooperation prospects in trade and economy, contacts between the chambers of commerce, as well as current business issues and a possibility to hold a series of webinars for Belarusian and Turkish business people. In addition to that, the participants of the videoconference presented the benefits of doing business in the FEZ Minsk, as well as economic and tourist potential of Minsk and Eskisehir.
