MINSK, 25 August (BelTA) - The Republic of Burkina Faso (West Africa) is showing interest in farm machines made by Bobruiskagromash, BelTA learned from the Industry Ministry of Belarus.
Bobruiskagromash hosted Amaria Issoufou Salia, the head of J-EXPERT & AGROMINES International (Republic of Burkina Faso). The visit was organzied with the support of the dealership AFTRADE DMCC.
The African region is interested in increasing the yields of its main crops - maize, rice, soybeans, cotton - and in improving land cultivation technological processes.
Bobruiskagromash offers a set of tillage and sowing equipment (plows, disc harrows, seeders), machines for the transportation of agricultural goods. The Belarusian manufacturer will soon make a quotation tailored for the requests of the company from the Republic of Burkina Faso.
The Industry Ministry noted that Togo (the state bordering Burkina Faso in the north) operates a maintenance center that provides warranty support and spare parts for equipment produced by Bobruiskagromash and supplied to the West African market.
