MOGILEV, 17 November (BelTA) – OAO Bobruiskagromash Management Holding Company plans to explore the market of Pakistan. The company has already taken the first step and singed a memorandum of intent with Kissan Support Services (Pvt.) Ltd, BelTA learned from the company’s marketing department.

The Pakistani company serves as the main link between the agricultural and financial sectors of the Pakistan economy. It provides all-round support to the country’s agro-industrial complex. It specializes in training of personnel, implementation of advanced technologies, pedigree and selection works, etc.

On request of the Pakistani partner Bobruiskagromash is selecting the equipment which can be used in Pakistan to study the market. In 2016 the partners are planning joint participation in four largest agricultural exhibitions in Pakistan. Direct purchases of equipment, in accordance with requests from farmers, will be funded by Bank ZTBL (Agricultural Development Bank of Pakistan).

"For our company, Pakistan may open new big opportunities for export diversification. This is a large and promising market where agricultural production is being actively developed. Pakistani farmers are in need of mounted and semi-towed agricultural machinery, and we are ready to provide it. We are also willing to design new units in accordance with Pakistan’s requirements and their climatic conditions,” said the company.

Founded in 1974, the Bobruisk company was reincorporated as a joint-stock company in 2005. In 2012 it was named Bobruiskagromash Management Holding Company which is today one of the biggest producers of agricultural equipment in Belarus and the CIS. The company produces towed machinery for fodder conservation, equipment and vehicles for distributing fertilizers, flax harvesting and other purposes. The company employs nearly 2,400 professionals.
