MINSK, 22 April (BelTA) – Enterprises of Bellesbumprom Concern represented Belarus at an international expo in Italy, BelTA learned from the Bellesbumprom press service.

“The International Milan Furniture Fair held from 14 till 19 April 2015 showcased unique furniture pieces by Pinskdrev Holding Company and Molodechno-based furniture producer Molodechnomebel,” the press service added.

The two Belarusian enterprises specialize in manufacturing furniture from natural materials such as wood and leather. There products compete with famous European brands. The furniture of the Pinskdrev and Molodechnomebel trademarks sells in 30 countries. Each enterprise offers more than 500 products.

The press service noted that the participation of Bellesbumprom Concern in the expo was an important step in its search for new markets. “The leading companies of the world’s furniture and interior design industries seek to take part in the expo. This is the main furniture fair in Europe. It is there that the trends of furniture production and interior design are born,” the specialists emphasized.

The program of the expo featured seminars with experts, design workshops, and business meetings.
