VITEBSK, 1 October (BelTA) – Ruzspedition, a company residing in the special economic zone Bremino-Orsha, intends to double the volume of container transportation to China in 2021, BelTA learned from Bremino Group.
In January-August 2020 Ruzspedition dispatched 37 container trains bearing Belarusian exports to China. The company intends to increase the volume of container transportation past 10,000 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEU) this year. The volume may be doubled next year. “We take care of freight export to the most popular regions of China. The geography of our service covers the largest industrial centers and freight hubs from the north to the south of the country,” the source noted.
The top exports included consumer goods, food industry products, woodworking industry products, and agricultural goods. The minimal delivery time is 14 days.
The company also intends to introduce a new service of freight delivery by rail. It will allow cargo shippers with a small amount of freight to have their goods delivered by regular container trains. The new service has been prompted by the growing demand of the companies that need to have their goods delivered on a tight schedule.
The company also intends to develop transportation by air soon, including by using the potential of the international freight airfield Orsha, which will be commissioned in Q4 2020.
The limited-liability company (OOO) Ruzspedition is one of the leaders on the market of container transportation of export freight to the People’s Republic of China.
