Belarusian products on display at major food expo in Korea

MINSK, 8 November (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Korea Andrei Chernetsky and embassy staff visited COEX Food Week 2022, which is described as South Korea’s most established food & beverage industry trade show, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission.

The trade shows brought together participants from around the world. The expo became the first international event in the Republic of Korea where the Agency of International Business Development presented Belarusian enterprises. The agency’s booth featured products by the Kommunarka and Vitba confectionery factories, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks by Klimovichi Distillery and Gomel Winery, as well as dietary supplements by Ekzon, vegetable oil by AdamantImport.

The interaction between the Embassy of Belarus in the Republic of Korea and the Agency of International Business Development opened up new opportunities to expand contacts between Belarusian and Korean businesses.
