Belarusian MMZ showcases products at civil engineering expo Budexpo 2022
MINSK, 17 March (BelTA) – The Belarusian engine manufacturer MMZ presented a number of its products at the international civil engineering expo Budexpo 2022, the company’s press service told BelTA.
Over the course of three days visitors and participants of the expo can get consultations from MMZ specialists and take a close look at MMZ products. The products on display include a diesel generator, a trailed compressor station, and a diesel pump.
MMZ products sell well in Belarus and abroad. The company intends to sell 258 compressor stations and over 300 diesel generators in 2022.
The company started batch production of the diesel-powered pump MDN 4047 in February 2020. The rated output of this model is 26kW with the surge height at 47 meters. The model is designed for irrigation, for pumping clean and dirty water. Utility companies are the primary customers of this diesel pump.
Minsk Motor Plant (MMZ trademark) makes modern diesel engines, gas and diesel engines, and gas reciprocating engines. The company specializes in developing, designing, and making modern three-, four-, six-, and eight-cylinder engines. MMZ offers over 100 modifications of engines with their output varying from 7kW to 330kW. They are designed to power agricultural machines, road construction machines, forestry vehicles, automobiles, buses, power supply plants, compressors, and other kinds of machinery. MMZ engines are shipped to assembly lines of 49 enterprises in Belarus, Russia, CIS and non-CIS states. The products are sold in more than 50 countries of Europe, Asia, Africa, North and Latin America.
The international civil engineering expo Budexpo is Belarus’ largest expo in the sphere of civil engineering. This year’s expo is scheduled to take place in Minsk on 16-18 March. The schedule will be full of presentations of equipment, innovative technologies for house construction, beautification, and interior design. Belarus’ and Russia’s largest enterprises are expected to unveil their latest products at the expo. The expo has been organized by the Architecture and Construction Ministry and the national expo center BelExpo.
