MOSCOW, 5 March (BelTA) - A large fair of Belarusian goods got underway in Grozny, in the square in front of the Heart of Chechnya mosque. It features a wide range of Belarusian-made food products and apparel, BelTA learned from the website of the Embassy of Belarus in Russia.
The Belarusian producers are showcasing meat and fish products, caviar, a wide range of dairy products, apparel, items for home interior and famous Belarusian textiles. Very popular with Grozny residents are organic flax linen clothes.
The fair will last for two weeks. It has been organized under the agreements reached between the authorities of Belarus and Chechnya to promote cooperation in economy, science and culture.
