MINSK, 21 June (BelTA) – The Belarusian holding company Horizont continues increasing merchandise export, BelTA has learned.
In 2020 Horizont’s export increased, including export to non-CIS states. In particular, export to India rose by 4.4 times while export to Vietnam rose by 2.2 times.
In H1 2021 Horizont’s merchandise export growth rate increased by more than 1.5 times, with the share of export in the company’s total industrial output at 92%.
The volume of cooperation is on the rise with Kazakhstan (1.6 times up) and Moldova (2.3 times up).
Horizont has also shipped the first batch of merchandise to Armenia.
Apart from that, in 2021 Horizont signed a new contract, received an order and the payment and will ship the first batch of products (4K resolution smart TV sets based on the Android 9.0 operating system) to a major retail chain in Mongolia. The export contract is worth several millions of U.S. dollars.
