Belarusian goods now on sale in Chinese Kunming

MINSK, 16 August (BelTA) – A pavilion offering Belarusian products has been opened in the Chinese city of Kunming, representatives of the Consulate General of Belarus in Chongqing told BelTA.

Residents of the southern province can now take a close look at and buy a broad range of Belarusian goods.

The pavilion’s opening ceremony took place in the course of the region’s largest 7th China-South Asia Expo. During the opening ceremony Consul General of Belarus in Chongqing Dmitry Yemelyanov mentioned the growing interest of Yunnan Province in Belarus and said he hopes that twinning relations with a region of Belarus would be established soon.
