Belarusian, Ecuadorian education institutions to cooperate
MINSK, 7 September (BelTA) – Belarusian and Ecuadorian specialists will cooperate in the sphere of scientific research. The provision is laid down by the agreement on cooperation between the Public Administration Academy under the President of the Republic of Belarus and the National Institute of Advanced Studies of Ecuador. The document was signed in Minsk on 7 September, representatives of the Ecuadorian diplomatic mission told BelTA.
The document was signed by the Academy’s Rector Marat Zhilinsky and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ecuador to Belarus Carlos Humberto Larrea Davila. The document represents the foundation for sharing information, enabling continuous education and vocational training, building up cooperation in the sphere of education and research between Belarusian and Ecuadorian specialists.
The Ambassador remarked that the Ecuadorian government pays close attention to education industry, personnel training and talent development. “The signing of the present agreement represents the foundation for stronger academic cooperation and interaction in the sphere of scientific research between Ecuador and Belarus,” said the diplomat.
In turn, Marat Zhilinsky underlined that the signing of the document heralds the beginning of the cooperation process that will include the definition of specific joint educational projects and exchange programs for professors.
