GOMEL, 11 October (BelTA) – The Belarusian steel mill BMZ is mulling over deliveries of steel products to Nigeria, BelTA learned from the company.
The Belarusian company hosted technical and economic negotiations with partners from Nigeria on 10 October. The parties showed mutual interest in cooperation. The also reached agreements on the supplies of steel products of BMZ and BMC Holding.
According to Head of Marketing Department Valery Zhigunov, a visit of such representatives of friendly countries, in fact faraway markets confirms the absence of obstacles for cooperation for those who wish to work for the benefit of their people. “As soon as the basic conditions of supply are agreed upon, we will promptly outline more specific steps for further cooperation in the short and medium term,” he said.
The public joint-stock company (OAO) BMZ, the Management Company of the holding company Belarusian Metallurgical Company (BMC), is a high-tech Belarusian metallurgical enterprise. It comprises infrastructure shops and four manufacturing divisions connected by one technological chain. The divisions focus on steel smelting, mill products, pipe products, hardware items.
