MINSK, 15 September (BelTA) – Belarus and Venezuela are set to expand trade and economic contacts. This matter was discussed at an online meeting between Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) Denis Meleshkin and Vice President of Venezuela Foreign Trade Bank (Bancoex) Juan Freer, BelTA informs citing the website of the BelCCI.
“The parties discussed prospects of invigorating business contacts, expanding trade and economic cooperation between Belarus and Venezuela, as well as the possibility to arrange online business events in Q4 2021 by chambers of commerce and banking structures to present trade, economic and investment potential of Belarus and Venezuela,” the press release reads.
Taking part in the online meeting were Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the Republic of Belarus Franklin Ramirez Araque and Charge d'Affaires of Belarus to Venezuela Denis Logunov.
