MINSK, 24 February (BelTA) - Belarus will present national expositions at the 21st edition of WorldFood, the international food industry expo, and the 9th edition of Caspian Agro, the international agriculture industry expo, which will take place in Baku on 21-23 May, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The Belarusian exhibition will be presented by three island stands decorated in national style. The total area will be 232 square meters. Participants will have an opportunity to establish new business contacts, strengthen the existing mutually beneficial ties, promote economic interests, expand sales markets and attract foreign investment.
In 2014, WorldFood and Caspian Agro in Azerbaijan were attended by 250 companies from 36 countries of the world. Gross exhibition area exceeded 9,000 square meters. The events are traditionally attended by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, members of the government of the host country, and official delegations of the states-participants.
